Conclusion

This study confirms the validity of the non-invasive MWI in patients with AS. The accuracy of estimated LVP curves improved when matching AVO to the diastolic pressure in the original model mirroring that of the AS-specific model.

The problem with strain – pressure loops, is that GLS do not correlate with SV. (SV is body size dependent, GLS is inversely body size dependent). As SV -pressure loops are true GMW, the validity of strain – pressure estimated GLS is in question. https://t.co/1XaZgtw6xc
