A right heart catheterization with exercise (70 W) was performed.

Tricuspid ring annuloplasty and cryo-MAZE procedure were performed successfully (see Fig.6). Symptoms were markedly improved, and the patient is in NYHA II and sinus rhythm for 2 years now, together with near-normal NT-proBNP values.
